4. Book-Related Merchandise

Please note that refunds are not available for book-related merchandise, including but not limited totes, keychains, notebooks, games, pens, mugs, stickers, and so on.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Items that are damaged, worn, or missing parts may not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
